Within The First Two Years

  • Additional $12.50 per pay period off of the base cost of employee portion of  health insurance
  • 80% - 100% vesting in the company matching 401(k) plan
  • 40 additional paid time off hours at 5 years (20 hrs for part time)
  • Adoption Reimbursement
  • $250 Holiday bonus
 

Six + Years Employment

  • Additional $15.00 per pay period off of the base cost of employee portion of the health insurance
  • $400 holiday bonus
  • $500 holiday bonus after 10 years of service along with additional vacation time
  • 40 additional paid time off hours at 10 years.
